Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a comfortable stay for families with modern and beautifully decorated rooms overlooking the river. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Quebec City, close to main attractions and restaurants, but the dining options could be more varied. Overall, a great value for money choice.
The hotel offers generously sized rooms with a swivelling TV, wifi, plenty of charging outlets, modern bathrooms, and excellent Occitane toiletries, all very clean. However, the room didn't match the online pictures and was quite noisy, keeping us awake all night. Despite feeling a bit worn out and in need of refreshment, the room was better than anticipated, spacious, attractive, and featured an extremely comfortable bed.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were well cared for and overlooked the river, but seemed like they had been made up hastily. The location is excellent, close to all tourist sites and in a safe area. However, the dining options were a bit sparse, and the facilities seemed lacking in variety.
The hotel has a charming character with old hardwood floors and a concrete wall offering views of the St Lawrence River. The rooms are spacious with vaulted ceilings, incredibly quiet, and equipped with blackout curtains, a comfortable mattress, soft sheets, and down comforters for a restful sleep. However, the dining options could be more varied after a few days. The location is excellent for exploring Old Quebec, but finding quality dining nearby can be a challenge.
The hotel offers beautiful, spacious rooms with stunning views of the St Lawrence River and Old Quebec streets, making it a delightful stay. However, the dining experience at the buffet was average, lacking variety. The location is truly ideal for exploring Old Quebec City on foot and enjoying its attractions.
The hotel was a pleasant surprise with rooms that exceeded my expectations in terms of size and comfort. The location was ideal for exploring the charming old Quebec City. The dining experience was delightful, offering a fresh and varied selection of food.
My stay at the hotel was beyond expectations. The room was far above what I anticipated, a large corner room on the top floor with 14' ceilings and stunning views of The Frontenac and the St Lawrence. It was sleek, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. The service, especially from Danny, our breakfast server, was impeccable.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located in the heart of Old Quebec City. The rooms had gorgeous views of the city and were quite spacious, immaculate, and filled with natural light. The service was top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the charming old town. The dining experience was good, but it would have been nice to have more variety. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
The hotel was beautifully appointed with modern rooms that were very clean. The hotel staff, especially Danny, our breakfast server, were exceptional. The rooms were a nice size and I really appreciated the hardwood floors. However, dining was overpriced and mediocre. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of old Quebec City, offering easy access to all the prime tourist attractions. The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful and classy atmosphere.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Old Quebec City close to all major tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and modern with captivating views of The Frontenac and the St Lawrence from the large corner room on the top floor. The service is impeccable, making my stay truly comfortable and convenient. The dining options are varied and enjoyable, with freshly prepared meals and specialty coffee available. Despite the higher cost, the value for money is evident in the quality of service and amenities.
